The Site is intended for architects, contractors, owners, institutional decision-makers, and other business users. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a contact form or to opt in to text messages.

5. Professional services disclaimer
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional engineering advice for any specific project. Engineering services are provided only under a written agreement between Pettit & Pettit and the client and under the seal of a professional engineer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing on the Site creates a client-engineer relationship.
6. SMS text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Pettit & Pettit and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Pettit & Pettit's SMS text messaging program uses the HighLevel (GoHighLevel) messaging platform and follows U.S. carrier A2P 10DLC requirements and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
Program description
You may receive text messages related to your inquiry, appointment or meeting confirmations, project status updates, requests for project-related information, and, if you separately opt in, occasional service updates. Message frequency varies.
How to opt in
You opt in by (1) submitting our contact form with your phone number and a request to be contacted, (2) providing your phone number to a Pettit & Pettit team member and agreeing to be contacted by text, or (3) replying to an initial confirmation message we send to your number. Opt-in to text messages is not a condition of receiving any engineering service.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number until you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 501.374.3731 or info@pettitinc.com.
Cost
Pettit & Pettit does not charge you for text messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, depending on your plan.
Carriers
Supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of SMS data
We do not share SMS opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Telephone communications
By calling our office or providing us with your phone number, you consent to receive follow-up calls and voicemails from Pettit & Pettit regarding your inquiry. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes; when a specific call is being recorded, we will inform you at the beginning of the call.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, Google, Meta, and HighLevel). Pettit & Pettit is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites or services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETTIT & PETTIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pettit & Pettit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
